Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing your order after we receive it. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, for both domestic and international destinations. Shipping and delivery times depend on your location. The carrier only provides the estimated delivery timeframe—not a specific number of days or weeks. For example, USP states a delivery time of 2-8 days, and we have no control over the speed of the delivery process or any delays.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of personalized, made-to-order items.
