Refund policy

Returns and cancellations are only accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition as shipped and undamaged.

Simply return any undamaged product with all included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Please also note the following: (i) Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are excluded from returns:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

Full or Partial Returns

Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Any signs of use or odor will result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Items made of fragile materials, including but not limited to amber and opal inlays and vintage or used items may be returned, but a full refund may not be issued.

To comply with the return policy, items must be free from defects, signs of use, odors or loss of value due to shipping and must be in the same condition in which they were sent.
